The blog’s primary author is Attorney Matthew Fabisch, Managing Attorney of Fabisch Law. I understand that getting your child the help to which he or she is entitled can be an intimidating, emotionally charged, process. Education rights law, also known as special education law, is a complex area of federal law under constant change.
